In regards to Mivon being a meritocracy, how does that applies to alliances and treaties? If we have a good thing going with Hana and she gets defeated in combat, then does the new guy honor those or can he just be "j/k lulz!" If that is the case, then we need to consider the turnover being an issue.
Also how often does this happen? Are we going to be dealing with a new "Hana" every week or is defeating your better months/years in the making?

The alliances and treaties are still good, though may be nullified like they could be if the current leader wanted to - it isn't like treaties or alliances are particularly long lasting historically. - though Mivon has a rather good reputation for keeping their word
It is months/years in the making typically. It has to be done through an official duel - you can't just punk someone in the middle of the night and assume the thrown

XP and Session Summary updated.
One retcon from Friday night: unbeknownst to anyone but Tess - the rabble-rouser casted Charm Person, as she was approaching him, and essentially "forced" her to punch him. Labrat felt it was a bit out of character for Tess to have just slugged him without real cause and felt this was a good compromise to allow everything to of still happened, but give her a "reason" to of punched him.
How you'll deal with this agitator will be interesting - feel free to discuss it and if you have any questions or clarifications you need, don't hesitate to ask.
EDIT: It seems likely y'all will level up next week.

I don't think he exists. He's like a R.O.U.S.

Sorry I missed this post yesterday. Talked with him today, he says that he will be there Friday. I thought that he would get on the boards but guess not.

May I offer "Flying Follies" as the episode title? Done. XP and Session Summary finished. I wouldn't mind knowing what y'all are planning to do regarding Candlemere Isle - you can safely assume Walker's Lawn Service will likely cause issues with the Lizardmen, but you also know that place is swirling with the curse of a chaotic god whose plan is to wipe the world of any non-crazy creature before the world is destroyed. I'm assuming y'all would not be a fan of that.

Will be there Friday if game is still on Bring LabRat's character sheet I Will do my best to keep her alive Have read the rules for flying and there was a lot missed. Such as average maneuverability 0 mod. size mod for large -2 if hit in combat while flying you drop 10'.

Sounds good. Game is still on then.
Thanks for checking on the rules - we'll make sure we get them right on flying next time... as I am sure this wasn't the last time you'd have another PC riding you while flying

Following the attack on Tatzleford and apparent planned attack on the Landing, Andrei is going to strongly recommend that the PCs make all available haste to the suspected troll stronghold to "scout in force." As this was directed, offensive action, we need to slap it down hard as well as identify the origin and/or mastermind of this particular threat.

So I noted that on the timeline thing on the Spreadsheet, you are identifying hexes ala 8,1 and 7,2 ... where are those numbers coming from? Am guessing (based on review) that row 1 (Bokken, Svetlanagrad) is 1 with the Landing being in row 6 and Tatzleford in 5, but where are you starting with the column numbers? What happens when the realm is expanded left or right from that? Should we add such numbers to the existing map somehow for ease of comprehension?

Rows are correct. Columns start on the furthest left of the Greenbelt. So the hexes with Ubagugia's flag, the Dancing Lady's outpost, and Tiressia are all part of column one.
As far as what we're going to do when the realm expands? I don't know. I hadn't thought of that. Crud.
As far as adding numbers, I'd hold off on that until I figure out how to fix the mistake you just made me realize I made ;-)

Keep what you currently have, then figure out the exact size of that particular group and do an equivalent-sized group to the left as rows AA and AB and AC and so on. Then do the same on the right of our "group" as BA, BB, BC, etc. That'd be the easiest way, I think.

Interesting observation: the dwarven/troll fortress was described as a "watchtower," yes? And it seemed pretty intact to me. How much will it cost to renovate it and turn it into an actual watchtower? Admittedly, we'll have to start spreading south for that to happen, but its position on the border of Mivon makes it too good a place not to use...

Adjust as necessary.

Babus shall return so long as the PC's handle it - ChrisIV expressed his desired for Babus to be resurrected (along with Twig) - so I will make sure that happens.
I feel really bad killing a PC. So far two PCs have been down to the last HP before death and one kill. I'd rather not be known as a killer GM - I want things to be a challenge and for y'all to get a sense of accomplishment - but I don't want it to be a suicide mission

I'd not consider you a killer GM if you had a TPK. The way I see it if it's not a challenge it's not as fun. I go into not wanting lose a character but if it happens that's they way the dice rolls.
I see that discomage hasn't posted anything, heads up he informed me that he would not be there this week.
