You guys have done a good job of creating background for your characters. I would like at least a written paragraph of background info. What Rigel wrote under Heroes! works fine. Feel free to write more. Writing more helps me and I will try to incorporate it into the story. If you have any secrets you don't want the other PCs to know about (always fun) then PM me. Comic books and this game aren't just about people beating the hell out of each other. You are still human (or at least human-like) and have lives outside of saving the world. To reflect that, I'm going to ask for a 3-3-3. I will reward you with 5 power points upon satisfactory completion.
A 3-3-3 is 3 family, 3 friends, and 3 rivals. I'd rather a maximum of only one of each be a super. Where that is possible, of course. A rival doesn't have to be an enemy. It could be your annoying neighbor or a boss who gives you grief.
If you have any questions about anything (the setting, the campaign, or the name of something in freedom city), then this is the place to ask.

The son of Centurion and Lady Liberty from a Utopian alternate future, Gaius ("Guy") Leeds was born without powers, despite the fact that his parents were among the most powerful humans on the planet. His mother retired from active service prior to his birth, primarily to conceal the fact that she had been stripped of her powers by a gene re-sequencing bomb aimed to kill her husband. Convinced that he had to live up to his pedigree, Guy became obsessed with powered armor and eventually developed his own state-of-the-art battlesuit so he could fight alongside his unaging father. When a cataclysm led by the immensely powerful Omega threatened to destroy his universe, Guy modified his suit so he could traverse the timestream so he could travel back and prevent the White Event from taking place. As he moved through the timestream, however, something went terribly wrong and he arrived in the Prime reality in Doctor Williams' lab; eventually, Guy would discover that one of Williams' experiments was responsible for this incident. He quickly discovered that he had been shunted into a parallel universe, one in which his parents had never been a romantic couple and his "father" had already died. Attempts to return home revealed that his universe had been wiped out of the multiverse, forcing him to adapt to his new circumstances. With only his highly advanced but extremely damaged battlesuit protecting his identity and his parents' moral guidelines, he (re-)adopted the identity of The Legionary and now strives to prevent the darkness that consumed his timeline from destroying his new home. Eight years have passed since Guy arrived in the Prime universe, during which time he has constructed a new (but less advanced thanks to the primitive equipment available) battlesuit while establishing his cover identity. He has also discovered that, much to his surprise, time no longer seems to affect him and suspects that this is due to him traveling through the timestream (although he is also researching the possibility that the Incident that pulled him into this timeline may have re-activated some dormant genetic abilities inherited from his parents.) Currently, Professor (Doctor) Leeds teaches graduate level courses at the Hanover Institute of Technology in his area of expertise (electrical engineering, robotics, etc.) He has a small house just off campus that includes a doubles as his lab (since he needed somewhere to store the suit when he's tinkering with it.) - this is his Sanctum Sanctorum and is one of those "push a button and everything rotates into place and all that" type of facility. The basement of his home opens up into the city sewer system which is connected directly to the Wading River; this is how Guy enters and exits his home without being identified. Upon realizing he was stuck in this timeline, Guy used his pretty high Computer skill to hack into some databases to create an identity and several degrees. He used Professor Williams as a "faculty advisor" and finished his (second) doctorate in record time before accepting a teaching position at the Hanover Institute of Technology. He does not see his hacking as immoral since he earned those degrees back in his own timeline. Family:- Lady Liberty. Though she is unaware of this, Beth Walton-Wright (Lady Liberty III) is The Legionary's mother ... sort of, which has caused all sorts of emotional problems for him, especially since "Mom" is younger than he ever remembered and utterly unaware of their connection. Guy very much wants to reconnect with his "mother," even if she's not exactly his actual mom mostly because he has few actual ties to this timeline and fears becoming ungrounded.
- Professor Zachary Williams. A professor of Science! at Hanover Institute of Technology (HIT), he is currently one of only two people who knows the truth about The Legionary's origin as it was Professor Williams' experiments that accidentally drew Guy's battlesuit into this timeline instead of his own while he was heading backward in time. Because he blames himself, the professor has dedicated himself to helping Guy. Currently, he is the only person in this timeline completely aware of Guy's history. (Think the crazy doctor from "Fringe")
- Allison Williams. College age daughter of Professor Williams, she is a potential love interest for The Legionary, and is a reporter (of course). Romantically interested in Guy but convinced that there is something ... off about him.
Friends:- Samantha ("Sam") Reichert is a homosexual female, who is one of Guy's graduate assistants. She is aware of his alternate identity and often subs for him when he's "unavoidably delayed." The individual whom she values most is Lady Liberty. She is also aware that he's fascinated with Lady Liberty, though she believes it's a romantic crush like others of his age.
- Jayson ("Jay") Victrim is a heterosexual male, who is desperately in love with Sam (see above), although he knows she's gay. He has a reputation for being a party fiend, and is skating through his graduate studies with a C average. Guy is convinced that he is not living up to his potential and often tries to make the younger man do better. Jay is unaware of Guy's alternate identity.
- Stephanie ("Steph") Drake is a heterosexual female, who is desperately in love with Jayson (see above). She's Sam's best friend, and is a computer nerd & gaming geek. Think early Willow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, before she turned into a witch. Despite her Westernized name, she's clearly half-Asian (her mom ... who is a bad ass martial artist type that works at Master Lee's School of Defense); dad is a detective with the FCPD.
Rivals:- Amanda Marino is a fellow professor (she teaches advanced computer science), who is constantly trying to undermine Guy before the rest of the faculty mostly because Marino is frustrated at how much smarter Guy is compared to her.) Their rivalry is something Guy really doesn't understand, nor does he really realize that she tried to ask him out some weeks back and he blew her off (was in a rush to deal with a Super!Crisis).
- The Warlord is a recurring enemy of The Legionary's who is from Guy's timeline and blames The Legionary for the eradication of their universe. Unfortunately, The Warlord's plans for revenge involve destroying this timeline and restoring his. Obviously, he's a little insane ... or is he?
- Doctor Gil Shay is the dean of the University, and is constantly riding Guy's back and harassing him. Either the doctor is a criminal mastermind who knows Guy's secret identity and is silently mocking him (perhaps he is The Warlord?), or he's just a fantastic manager who knows that Guy isn't putting as much effort in his job as he could. Either way, he's a constant thorn in Guy's side.

Joe Schuler
Family:
* Jane Schuler - Mother. Constantly worried about Joe's money situation. Thinks that he deserves better than being a plumber. Currently, she does not know that Joe is a super. * Beth Schuler - Wife. Teacher at the local elementary school. She knows that Joe has super powers and worries everytime he leaves, but knows she couldn't stop him. Not because of his super powers, but because of his sense of duty to his fellow man. * Anna Schuler - Daughter. She doesn't know that her dad is a super hero, but her and her friends follow the news of "Brick House". Unbeknownst to her father, she is a bigger fan of Legionary. She is in 3rd grade.
Friends:
* Anthony "Tony" - Old friend from highschool. Played football together and still exchange stories from the "Glory Days" every-now-and-then. Joins the poker game every Friday unless he's got a date with "The New Girl". * Paul - Coworker. Joe hired Paul after Paul attempted to rob Joe at gunpoint. Paul was starving and poor. Joe convinced Paul to leave his short-lived life of crime and join Joe in his budding plumbing company. Paul has been working with Joe for 3 years now. Joins the poker game every Friday. * Steph - Receptionist for Joe's Pluming. Being much older than Joe, she has taken on a motherly attitude towards him. Widowed, she is hard as nails, but treats her grandkids with love and affection. Joins the poker game every Friday and has a fondness for finer cigars than the other guys can afford.
Rivals:
* Bob Carmichael - Neighbor. Seems to make it his daily work to one-up Joe in every aspect. Joe gets a new lawn mower, Bob gets a rider mower and landscaping. Bob takes every opportinuty to jibe Joe on his lawn/house/job. * Jane Smyth - Ex-employee. Jane used to be the old receptionist before he hired Steph. When Jane attempted a less than profesional relationship, Joe fired her. Afterward, she lost her current boyfriend and appartment. She blames Joe for this and attempts to make his life hell. She has been unsuccessfull up to this point. To Joe, she is harmless, but realizes that if she tries to turn Beth against Joe, Beth would crack her like a crab leg. Joe is currently trying to never let this happen. * James "Jimmy" Schuler - Brother. After Joe landed the biggest contract of his career, upgrading the plumbing of Freedom University's chemistry lab, he hired his brother on as an extra hand. The accident which gave Joe his power also mentally disfigured James. He blames Joe for this and has grown to loath his brother and everything he has. Joe doesn't know for sure wether James has power or not. Time will tell...

Kato When you are old enough to read these words, their meaning will unfold. These words are all that is left. Though we’ve never met, my only son. I hope you know that I would have been there to watch you grow. But my calling was heard and I did go. As you will my only son. When you do go, go with strength, honor and wisdom as Master Foote has taught you. I received this letter 10 years ago on my 18th birthday. Master Foote at the monastery of the Shia nin fis told me my father left it in his care until my training was complete. When asked of its meaning master Foote would only say there are things that I should discover on my own. The answers to any questions you have will be found in Freedom City
Family Wu Lee – Father – His whereabouts are unknown. Master Foote would only say that in time the truth would be revealed. Sarah Young - My mother - She has been located. It was not easy! Sarah is living in a rundown Apartment in the poorest part of Freedom City, Working as a waitress at the Techno Bar & Grill. A really sad establishment considering the money that father left me. I am keeping an eye on her as much as possible to see that she is safe. I haven’t decided whether or not to contact her yet. John Young Jr. - Uncle. Strangely enough he sits on the city council. Has no contact with Sarah.
Friends Bruce Sheets - Co-worker at Dragon Kim’s School of Martial Arts. Paula Kirby - An MD of Psychiatry who was concerned about her ability to protect herself. She was having problems with some of her more disturbed patients. She started attending classes at Kim’s. I was her instructor. Thus we became good friends. William Dooley - Neighbor at Brandywine apartment complex. He seems to be quite the lady’s man. He’s always trying to set me up. I have let him a couple of times. Just so that he will stop nagging me about not dating any women. I have no time for such things at present.
Rivals Nein Hughn - Co-worker seems to think that I am undisciplined in the arts. We have to blows during workout sessions. Although I have chosen the better part of valor and restrained myself from actually hurting him. For he is the undisciplined one. Seems to be unable to control his emotions. Wu Lee - Is a villain. It would seem so. Although I haven’t discovered why yet. Dr. James Hamel - Paula Kirby’s current boyfriend. He is extremely jealous of me. He shouldn’t be because I have no interest furthering my social prospects. That would only be a distraction from my mission.
Kato looks just like his name implies. Bruce Lee from the old Green Hornet TV series. Costume black suit and tie hat and mask. They never fall off no matter what I do. Sorry took so long

Hey guys. Fair warning to those of you who haven't completed this. The award goes down to 4 power points starting at 7 on Friday. After Friday it goes down to 3. Once the first game session starts it will only be worth 2.
The information from the 3-3-3 and your other background info will be used starting in the first game and will play an important part. If you don't have it then your storyline will be a little thin from my end so I encourage you to turn them in at your earliest convenience.

* Lifepath: Alex Genra aka (Alex Phillips)
You are a minor noble, and are wealthy. You've amassed quite a bit of equipment and cash. (Wealthy) They're now on the run from the government. Your family was exiled; you have returned under an alias. You want to forget this tragedy ever happened. You have 6 siblings. They are:
- A younger brother, Harold, 18 who despises you. - A younger brother, Felix, 21 who likes you. - A twin sister, Zelda, 25 who loves you. - An older brother, Steven, 30 who likes you. - An older sister, Margaret, 31 who is ambivalent towards you. - An older brother, Robert, 32 who hero-worships you.
You have 2 friends from school: - A friend, Zeke Ben-dor, whom you mentored like a younger sibling. - An ex-lover, Vanessa Alexander, my first.
You made an enemy early in life: - You don't know them very well. - You caused them to be crippled. - They have a deep hatred for you, and want you to suffer. - If you met, the one who was wronged would fly into a bloodthirsty rage.
You were part of a secret experiment to grow supersoldiers.
Your parents, Donna and William, were paired because they matched a genetic profile making their children ideal
candidates for the procedure.
They made a great deal of money that they squirreled away over the years. Not all of your brothers and sister's
got powers. In fact, only you and possibly your twin sister did.
Eventually one of your siblings died as a result of the procedures and your parents took off with the children. Once out of the facility they realized that they had lost your youngest brother while escaping.
With the guards closing in, your father made the decision to leave without him. You all escape, but your father
never forgives himself for leaving your brother behind and neither does your mother.
Your ex lover/true love is named Vanessa Alexander and her father, a multimillionaire, disapproved of your
relationship. One day she said she could no longer see you again in a romantic way. When you asked her why, she
refused to tell and begged you not to ask her again.

Charles “Maverick” Robertson
Grew up with his mother, who paid more attention to the “bottle” than him. All he knows of his father is a name, Remy. He assumes his powers were inherited from his father. While raising him, the Police were called several times on his mother, Judith Robertson, for possible neglect or abuse … and each time the same officer responded, Thomas O’Shea. After a while, O’Shea (then a Lt.) would make it a habit to check in on Charles from time to time … even after he became Chief of Police. However, growing up with O’Shea looking out for him brought the disdain of O’Shea’s son, Patrick, and his best friend, Timothy. Even though Pat didn’t follow his father’s footsteps, Tim did … and is keeping an “eye” on Charles, determined to catch him in the act … of something.
During most of his life, the only father figure that Charles has ever known is Robert Jones. Robert Jones is a close family friend who helped raise him. When Charles was old enough, Robert taught him about cars, and eventually hired him to work in his mechanic shop. Which is where Charles first discovered his powers … one night, while working late at the shop doing an overhaul of an engine, Charles scrapped his knuckles on a bolt. Frustrated and in pain, Charles threw the socket he was holding out the garage door, which upon hitting the ground out side … it promptly exploded. After this occurrence, and through some discreet channels, Charles found Dr. Jonas Charleston. Who, at the insistence of his wife Rachel, has been helping Charles understand his powers. Charles has seen fit to also notify Chief O’Shea of his secret.
Which leads to one Robert Jonathon Black. With the knowledge and permission of the Chief, Charles assists in certain law enforcement scenarios. And while out one afternoon, Charles came across Black attempting to rob a back. Charles thwarted his attempt and Black has vowed revenge ever since.
3-3-3
Family – - Robert Jones – “Boss” – owner of the garage I’ve worked at since I was 16 years old and able to drive … “father figure” - Judith Robertson – mother – pretty much drunk 24/7 … never any help to me while I was growing up, unless a bottle was involved in some manner - Remy – father – has been non-existent for most of my life … therefore not much is known about him
Allies – - Chief O’Shea – Police Chief – after coming out to the house on several calls on my mother early on in his career, he kinda took me under his wing - Dr. Jonas Charleston – Science Professor – 1 of the few people that knew of my powers … and is helping me understand them … is a professor at Claremont Academy - Rachel Charleston – wife of Dr. Charleston and a local philanthropist
Rivals – - Patrick O’Shea – police chief’s son – despised me due to his father’s interest in my well being … and that he treated me like a son - Robert Black – career felon – was attempting to rob a bank but was foiled by “Maverick” … vowed revenge against him … - Sgt. Timothy Smythe – close friend of Patrick – is annoyed by me due to the Chief’s relationship with me … tries to cause trouble for me

Lincoln Ward, AKA Rod"Link"Lincoln, AKA The Justiciar (WIP):[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,100%,true][atrb=width,70%][atrb=valign,top]Family- Special Agent Alfred Borden, 40+?—"Mentor." See background.
- Warren & Linda Lincoln, 55/52—Parents, status unknown; Link has not seen them since his "death," and will neither jeopardize his cover nor cause them unnecessary grief by visiting them.
| [atrb=colspan,2][atrb=valign,top][atrb=align,center]Special Agent Borden
| [atrb=valign,top][atrb=rowspan,2]Friends- Officer Leo Banks, 31—Beat-cop, busted down from detective for "misconduct" related to his prior snooping on behalf of The Justiciar, back when Agt Borden recruited (read: arm-twisted) him into aiding their vigilante efforts; after Agt Borden "died," he could no longer help Banks, behind-the-scenes, to keep out of trouble on those occasions where he continued to help, and Banks is now reluctant to do more, lest he should lose his job entirely. (Ref:The Crow-Sgt Albrecht.) Unaware (?) of the Justiciar's identity (due to his nosy nature, will undoubtedly become aware of it, if he isn't already).
- "Monk" Chavez, 27—Chop-shop proprietor from Link's wheel-man, criminal days, who continues to help with some maintenance work for him under-the-table. Learned the ropes under "Boss," who would undoubtedly Gibbs-slap him if he found out about his less-than-legal work. Aware of the Justiciar's identity, having worked on "The Car" many times. Was always "creeped out" by Agt Borden, when he was around, and doesn't miss him.
- Axel, 36—Leader of a vigilante biker gang, the Templars, operating in the area, that has helped the Justiciar on a number of occasions, directly and via an intelligence network. Unaware of the Justiciar's identity (only work with him as "The Justiciar.")

Gigermann Looks good. 3 points. Just a couple of questions. What triad enforcer are you talking about in McNurlen's background? I didn't see one. Powers are going to be granted via either a "voodoo" tattoo, or a ring—haven't decided yet (nor have I decided at what point in the story he gains them—before or after the crash) Have you made a decision regarding this yet? I kind of prefer the voodoo since we don't have a mystic angle in the group yet.

What triad enforcer are you talking about in McNurlen's background? I didn't see one. Wu Lee. Just stereotyping based on his Chinese name—could be Triad. That said, I'm still working on it. Have you made a decision regarding this yet? I kind of prefer the voodoo since we don't have a mystic angle in the group yet. Right now I'm leaning toward a Voodoo ring Depends how everything shakes out—I need to do some cleanup on the character. Soon™

Okay, I ... ahem ... acquired the Freedom City sourcebook and have made a few minor adjustments to my character. Rather than teach at the University, he is an instructor at the Hanover Institute of Technology so malevoiy will need to adjust his character slightly (in regards to the Doctor Shay character) since he (mal's character) is attending the University.
Also, there is a Master Lee's School of Defense listed in the sourcebook, which magman may want to use instead of Dragon Kim's. Here's the blurb about this school:

Dr. Beatrice Ivy O'Hazard.
A promising research scientist working for the Justice Department of Scientific Intelligence (yeah I made something up). Dr. O'Hazard was selected to lead a small research team to learn more about the identification properties of the radioactive Element Q32. Little is known about the element other than it has the ability to detect unique biological signatures. Dr. O'Hazard is hoping to be able to calibrate samples of Q32 to hone in on those unique signatures thereby greatly increasing the probability of success for missing person cases and unsolved crime scenes. Dr. O'Hazard was also tasked to invent a device that would make Element Q32 safe to use in the field due to its radioactive properties. Long story short (and because I haven't hashed out all the details) Dr. O'Hazard was working in the lab one night experimenting on the containment device, some accident happened, and whoops she came in contact with Q32. Therefor Q32 bound to her DNA which gave her the power to chemically alter her form. Since she was tasked to help minimize crime and bring criminals to justice she decides to follow that mantra as she uses her new found powers to do just that.
As a result The Catalyst was born
Family- 1. Grandma Rosie- Beloved Grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer’s, though at times she can still recognize Beatrice and Sam. She witnessed Beatrice using her powers one day and has since claimed her granddaughter as The Catalyst during moments of lucidity. The staff at the nursing home naturally doesn’t believe her and gently pat her hand until she lapses back into her fog filled thoughts.
2. Sam O’Hazard- Beatrice’s younger brother. After their parents died, Beatrice took it upon herself to play the role of surrogate mother to Sam. Sam is more of a listless wanderer and dreamer. He made it out of high school only to drop out of college to do freelance artistry. Heavily relies on Beatrice to get him out of financial trouble when his schemes backfire.
3. Virchow- Beatrice’s loveable golden retriever and as of now only roommate. Virchow sleeps at Beatrice’s feet, loves watching TV, and his favorite food is peanut butter. Beatrice thinks that Virchow is the best listener and confidant.
Friends-
Justin Matthews - Beatrice’s friend. Would be a potential love interest if Beatrice wouldn't be so focused on her work. Instead Justin plays the role of best friend holding out for an opportunity to try to make it into something more. Justin is an architect who enjoys listening to opera while he works. In his free time he likes doing outdoor sports (camping, rock climbing, hang gliding etc. )
Bella Starr - Beatrice's girlfriend (real name is Isabella Daniels) who is the ying to Beatrice's yang. Tall, blond, chatty, model type who majored in fashion and is trying to get her clothing line off the ground. The two have been friends since childhood when they were forced to be art partners in grade school. Bella is always there when Beatrice has a fashion crisis before a dissertation. And Beatrice is always there to lend an ear when Bella has one of her many boy problems. Sure they're like night and day but somehow it works out well.
Shannon Drake - Beatrice's right hand man in the Q32 research project. Shannon is a no nonsense type of girl with a quick mind and a good work ethic. She puts in long hours at the lab and is suspicious of Beatrice's accident cover up, though at the moment she can't find anything unusual. From what Beatrice can tell Shannon doesn't have much of a home life. She's single, likes to play guitar, and works on muscle cars during the weekend.
Foes-
Dr.Insano- Little is known about Dr. Insano except he uses his intelligence to trap and study super heroes. So far there have been no survivors due to Dr. Insano's urge to dissect his "specimens". It is unknown whether or not Dr. Insano has heard of The Catalyst's debut into society, however it will only be a matter of time before Dr. Insano decides that introductions are in order.
Dr. Thaddeus Fox- Disgruntled colleague of Dr. O'Hazard. His research grant was denied due to the shift of funds to Beatrice's Q32 project. Now he has a new mission to try to discredit Beatrice's findings or rule the findings unfit for society.
The Chianti Killer- Serial killer at large that is one of the driving forces behind Dr. O'Hazard's work. His MO involves two wine glasses at every scene. One of them half full is located near the victim, the other one usually on a table or working surface, is always empty. So far 6 crime scenes have been attributed to The Chianti Killer resulting in 8 deaths.

4 extra power points at character creation for you lab rat. Waxman the only thing keeping me from really working on this thing in earnest(aside from perpetual procrastination on my part) is your 3-3-3. So get on with it man.

Kelvin "StormSurge" Nimbus Local TV weather consultant and storm chaser, Kelvin Nimbus, is on his way back from another busted storm chase. Constant failure to get good storm footage has frustrated his employer, KOMA 5, who calls him up and fires him, despite Kelvin's frustrated protests that the weather is naturally unpredictable and not something that he controls. It is near dusk when a storm explodes ahead of Kelvin's truck - despite conditions being completely wrong for it. His lips give a sideways half smile, knowing mother nature has a very twisted sense of humor, as he alone is anywhere near the storm to capture the footage. Before Kelvin is able to get into position, the storm drops a huge funnel cloud, which picks up Kelvin and his truck. The wind rips Kelvin from his truck and he watches as it is tossed aside like a child's toy and destroyed. He closes his eyes and prepares to die, feeling the pressure of the storm ripping the air from his lungs. For what feels like only a few seconds, images of an alien world being destroyed flash through his head, then a haunting alien face, staring deep into his soul while only saying "help", followed by what feels like an eternity of black silence. Kelvin awakes in a hospital bed, with his wife beside him. Unknown to him, a week had passed and she had been beside his bed the entire time. Amazed by how quickly Kelvin is recovering, they allow him to go home to finish his recovery. The next few weeks, Kelvin is haunted by nightmares of the alien world being destroyed. Each night the dream gets more and more detailed, to the point where he even believes he can smell the destruction. Finally the reoccurring nightmares are broken by the alien figure who first apologizes for any inconveniences caused by the nanomachines adapting to his body - as it was quite the feat of technology. The alien voices another apology for getting sidetracked and then introduces himself as "Chief Scientist Qat'el of the Taranisians." Qat'el explains the Taranisians were destroyed and these nanomachines are the only thing left of his race. A probe was sent from the planet toward Earth, hoping it contained sentient life, so someone could help give the Qat'el's race another chance at life. The nanomachines will grant him intelligence above that of his fellow Earthlings, but also allow him to forgo eating and sleeping - all in an effort to allow Kelvin the most amount of time to grant the Taranisians new life. Understanding the great responsibility thrust upon this creature who didn't volunteer for it, Qat'el further explains he has also been granted the power to control the weather in order to help improve Kelvin's own planet, with one string attached - he can only use his powers for good(tm). Finally, Qat'el tell Kelvin that he won't be doing this alone - but Qat'el will help guide him as best he can if Kelvin seeks his help. And so, StormSurge was born Friends:- Dusty Wrane - Life-long friend and general good-old-boy
- James Graupel - A friend Kelvin met in college who loves muscle cars and is a mechanic
- Sue Nami - The navigator for all of Kelvin's storm chasing exploits
Foes:- Chris Cirrus - Kelvin's boss at KOMA 5, and general douche lead weatherman
- Gale Galleon - A competing storm chaser in it for the money not the SCIENCE!
- Seth Sirocco - An unscrupulous scientist looking to develope weather control technology and blackmail with it.
Family:- Trish Strato-Nimbus - Kelvin's wife
- Cyclone - Kelvin's black German Shephard
- Maria Kelvin - Kelvin's mother, lives many states away and doesn't approve of Kelvin's storm chasing ways.

LabRat, WxMan Do these stats seem to fit the way you conceived your characters? I went and created this trial version so that we don't have to take up time on some Friday for this. Mainly because most everybody else is set. I'll be creating one for SQ too. We can move stuff around however you like and I can answer any questions you might have. Just let me know. WxMAN, the alternate powers listed under Weather control would be your primary uses of the power. You can power stunt(spend a chip) to use alternate versions, but you will want to choose the ones you plan to use the most and list them. LabRat, I wasn't exactly sure what you were going for as far as powers so as it currently stands you can transform into 3 different states of matter and can take on 40 points of powers for each state. These can vary a bit depending on what compound/element you choose but I went ahead and created a few "standard" examples. Also I have her able to alter the chemical structure of 5 lbs of matter. I am also considering letting you use this like the catalyst power in 1e where you roll a power check to try and effect a chemical reaction upon the matter in question. Die result affects the complexity you can manipulate.

Now, driven by a desire to know who you really are, you wander through the streets of Freedom City. You are a homeless man with no prospects and no money. One day you are approached by a man in a tuxedo who says he can help you find out who you are. He also says that he can provide you with food and shelter. You readily agree.

Even if it's just "that works" or a " " or even "Everything you said makes no sense" or " I don't care". I just need to know how to proceed. My campaign is up next and regardless of whether that is a several months away or a couple of weeks I need to start getting a few of these things ironed out.

I'm not ignoring you Last night was just a little... intense... what with a tornado so close to the house... so I haven't had the time to sit down and look over everything in detail... I will try and do it tonight or tomorrow...

Yeah I figured that was the case. The weather made it was a wild night for me too. Hope you didn't do anything too crazy doing your stormchasing thing. ;D

M&M has completely flummoxed me as far as character building, so I really appreciate you guiding the process!
