Also: For reasons I won't go into yet, you may spend any additional CPs on new or existing Quickening Abilities, per the usual rules. These Abilities/improvements will take effect "during" the game. These points may not be spent on skills or other Traits that need to be taken from someone (for this case, at least—if you want to claim a skill increase for in-play use, we can talk about it). This is a separate purchase from the Quickening from Grímarr—nothing to do with him. Another Side Note: I'm ret-conning the length of the battle rounds. One hour just doesn't make sense, in this case (although it might normally apply in a siege situation). I'll call it 15min instead—so the battle as a whole will have lasted 45min. Also, everyone is going to be fatigued somewhat—I'll figure out how much.

Oh, you're talking about non-QCPs - the 3 pts per session thing? That makes a little more sense.

What do you mean these points my not be used on skills or other traits that need that to to be taken from someone? He answered that above. It's in reference to the normal 3 pts per session; you can't use those to "steal" something extra from Big Brother, but have to use them on skills you acquired naturally. Unless I totally misunderstood his point, which is entirely possible...

Unless I totally misunderstood his point, which is entirely possible... Partially…let me try this again. You may spend whatever remaining "normally-earned" CPs (of which you would've gotten three more from last week) you have to purchase new or upgrade existing Quickening Abilities, that do not require "stealing" them from another source. This includes any Ability that was part of the original Immortal Template, or on the list of Quickening Abilities from the description of the Quickening Power (on the website). Skills are not eligible as such. This new purchase will not take effect immediately, but in the course of the Episode, when prompted.

lesser magic [48] Quickened Spell [1] Thaumaturgy [2] Theurgy[2] Unspecified quirk [-1] Intolerance Sorcerers [-5] LIfe and Prime 12 points
And I need to take a 10 point disad. now that we have to do the resistances thing. If I do that I have 2 points left over. Any way we can make it an 8 point disad?
As for the CP I have 19 and want to spend them on improving my magic. Either more spells or more powerful spells.

You can easily back off to Level 3 rather than 4, if you need the room. Neg. You'd have to "steal" those.

I want to grab Altered time rate (34) Life and prime 12 quirk alcoholism
I need to find a modifier that will bring altered time rate down to 34. I will talk more with you about it tonight.

Could probably limit it's use to like once every couple of days ... and maybe it causes crippling headaches or something as your body slowly adjusts to being capable of doing it...

No more of this last-minute BS. From now on (not that it matters at this point in the campaign), there will be no more character tweaking after 00:00 Friday—if it's not done before then, it will have to wait till the next week. I will also not be fixing characters before the game tonight. That being said, I'm thinking, at this point, I'll give you Costs Fatigue 15, -75% (essentially, as RAW says a "use" in this case is one minute, that'll be 1FP/4sec (or fraction)). That puts it at 25pts. I'm thinking also, at the moment, that each time it is turned on will be considered one use (that is, if you use it for one second, three times, that's 3FP, not one)

I know you talked about acquiring future Godling abilities by just setting up packages and having the players pick a package (ala a template, I suppose) to avoid this sort of issue. Have you given any more thought to doing something like that? It might ease some headaches on your part...

That was to speed things up in-game, so that "extra thought" into the matter could be deferred to a time when it would not delay the game.

Also if that language is 2 points for accented I will just take the 10 point disad and that makes me even.

Heh. Awesome is so going to wonder why you suddenly got so damned impatient. Why, he can remember a time in Scouts when Sam was able to sit in a tree for three hours without moving a muscle...
