The following is the result of the Magebred template that I kept forgetting to tack on. Clearly, "Shiner" did some arcane tampering...
Magebred Trained Hippogriff: CR 2; Large Magical Beast; HD 3d10+15; hp 37; Init +3; Spd 50 ft (10 squares), fly 100 ft (average, 20 squares); AC 20, touch 12, flat-footed 18; BAB +3; Grap +11; Atk Claw +7 melee (1d4+5); Full Atk 2 claws +7 melee (1d4+5) and bite +2 melee (1d8+2); Space/Reach 10 ft./5 ft; SQ darkvision (60 ft), low-light vision, scent, thick-skinned; AL N; SV Fort +6, Ref +5, Will +2; Str 20, Dex 17, Con 20, Int 2, Wis 13, Cha 8. Skills: Listen +4, Spot +8 Feats: Dodge, Endurance, Wingover (Can change direction quickly 1/round as free action; can turn up to 180 degrees regardless of maneuverability, + any other turns it is normally allowed. Cannot gain altitude during a round when it executes a wingover, but can dive. The change of direction consumes 10 feet of fly movement.)
Tricks: This hippogriff knows the attack, come, defend, down, guard, and heel tricks (see Handle Animal skill.)

Also, as it stands now, the Company has lost over half of its complement of hippogriffs due to that pesky dragon attack. As there were a total of 44 in the possession of the original "owners" and Gilthoron has adopted one as his Animal Companion, only 21 are available for use.
This is clearly not enough for the entire Company and you'll all have to look elsewhere to find replacements...
