Since this game could end up being a "24" situation, getting XP at a "realistic" rate isn't going to be very forthcoming. The "roll for it" method is what I have on the House Rules right now, but that might be too clunky—maybe you want something simpler. The normal method is a flat-rate (2-5) per-session award, modified by Players' performance (which rarely figures in, in our case). Figured I'd see what you felt like. I could go either way.

I think the rolling for trait advancement could be kind of neat.
