Ok, you guys have 3 square miles of hills with a small, as yet unnamed, town. Am i safe in assuming that you guys are going the "Superior castle" route?
Next you should decide power holdings.

Man. 3 square miles isn't much ... Nope, but I am having a number of territories around you being disputed lands(currently under the control of your rival house, but once belonged to your house that you lost through poor managemant and due to them being given away to the newer house by the Targaeryens.). These are lands that you will be able to acquire through intrigue or warfare during the course of the campaign.

Daniel pointed out to me that 3 square miles is actually bigger than I was thinking. Blame my modern mindset where I can cover 3 miles in moments... With the Defense 51, I believe we are planning on going with the Superior Castle modeled after Masyaf from Assassin's Creed. The Influence 46 is a little more difficult. With the base score, we have a maximum status of 5, so if I read it correctly, it comes out to 20pts (Firstborn son) + 10 pts (firstborn daughter) + 15 pts (3 other children) = 45, so another squeaker. The Lands 28 provides us with Hills Small Town (27), which Giger and I were thinking would be huddled at the base of the Superior Castle (STORMHOLD) Given Giger's notion of using ravens as the symbol, I'm thinking that the town should be called RAVENWATCH or something like that. The Law 7 means there is a -10 House Fortunes penalty. The Population 25 gives use a +1 House Fortunes bonus. The Power 34 gives us several options. I recommend: - One Elite Scout Unit (9pts)
- One Veteran Archer Unit (8 pts)
- One Veteran Infantry Unit (9pts)
- One Trained Garrison Unit (5 pts)
Our Wealth 21 has several options - I recommend Mine (10 pts, gives +5 bonus on House Fortunes roll) and Maester (10 pts, gives additional +3 on House Fortunes roll) This culminates in a total of -1 to House Fortunes rolls.

Looks good. Two things though:
Really you are only obligated to spend 20 of your influence for the first son since you want your character to start out with status 4. Not spending the influence on the others leaves them at 2 status and allows you to hold on to your influence to be used in play.
Where is house Todd? I miss them. They were hilarious.
But seriously, I obviously won't make you spend points on the house since it is probably nearly extinct but I think the last remaining Todd should be a household knight or at least an NPC in the town.

Not spending the influence on the others leaves them at 2 status and allows you to hold on to your influence to be used in play. Oh. I thought you were required to spend the influence for each of the family members, excluding bastards. I figured that Stone would take over the Firstborn in some fashion ... I am curious about the second son he has - why wouldn't that child be considered the Heir once the firstborn dies? Is he sickly or something? Dang. You did see that. I deleted it after talking it over with Giger & deciding to go with a bigger military force. Maybe he's the guy who raised Stone? Like, he (Todd) had no heirs and his house was pretty much obliterated, so he was raising Stone with the quasi-intent of naming him Todd heir ... but then, Lord Wayn did this... Also, we're thinking about using Ravenwatch as the castle name instead. Castle Ravenwatch has a cool ring to it. So Stormhold will have to be another place we pick up later...

Oh. I thought you were required to spend the influence for each of the family members, excluding bastards. I figured that Stone would take over the Firstborn in some fashion ... Nope only the heir's with significant status need to be purchased with influence. Also Status 2 does not cost any influence anyway, so really it just depends on if you want to give Jayson or the first born daughter a Status 3. And yes. Stone will be the primary reason for you spending the 20 on the first born son. Not sickly. Once the first born dies he will be the heir. However when you are legitimized he is bumped back down in the order of succession. So unless Lord Wayne dies too before you get legitimized there won't be a problem. Could be. I don't want to force you into anything. He doesn't have to be a significant character, I was actually thinking he would be a fairly minor character. But it is up to you guys. Sounds good. So what is the town going to be named? Did a tiny bit of research and it looks as if the town's population will be about 1,000 to 2,500 people, at least normally. With the amount of lawlessness going on it might be half that to start out.

So unless Lord Wayne dies too before you get legitimized there won't be a problem. Huh. Interesting. I was thinking that perhaps both sons died in mysterious manners, which has forced LORD WAYN (no "E"!) to take drastic measures to prevent the complete dissolution of his House. And naturally, investigation into who murdered his half-brothers so they can get thrown off a mountaintop or pressed into the Night's Watch will be at the top of Tomas' list... I didn't have a name for the knight who raised Tomas, so Ser Todd works for me. I presume it'd be Ravenwatch Town or something. Giger and I were talking about that and presumed that the town would be at the base of the castle, so they would technically be the same place, just one is a town, the other is a castle...

Town=Ravenwatch Castle=Ravenwatch Keep (etc.)
Could be named for a spot where spies would watch for messages being sent via raven & attempt to intercept

I keep doing that. Hard habit to break. lol. And we will see what happens to the younger brother. As to Lord WAYN's (whew got it right) motivations for legitimizing you, well...

Maybe the youngest kid is deformed or has the equivalent of Downs Syndrome ... if he was older, I'd say that maybe he was a sadist or something...
