This is where Stormwrack was better: they had the "Watch" (minimum required to manuever) and "Complement" (maximum occupancy) statistics—in which case you'd get a good idea of how many extras you'd need for a prize crew.
(Incidentally, it also has a lot of stuff that makes sea travel more interesting than "you arrive at point B")

Complement ... wouldn't that be normal crew? By "maximum occupancy" that means we should have a Complement of 170!

Not my term, but theirs.
I don't know anything about the source of the stats posted by the GM, and can't say whether they're right or wrong. If we need to extrapolate a "watch" stat, we could probably compare the Stormwrack complement/watch stats for a ratio to use. If the source already has that covered, though…I don't have that book to check.

Complement ... wouldn't that be normal crew? By "maximum occupancy" that means we should have a Complement of 170! If you were looking at Stormwrack the compliment is the total number of crew and passengers (small/medium humanoids). For example the Caravel is 30. The Watch is the minimum number of crew you can have to perform the ship functions without penalty. So for the Caravel it would be 7. The issue is that the Pathfinder stats don't give a watch or complement. It just says that the number of crew is 20 and that it can carry x amount of cargo/passengers. So I guess it would be up to us to decide if that is the minimum crew and we can carry a whole lot more, or we can go with the Stormwrack Caravel stats and just transfer over the CMD and CMB, and call it a day. I just went with the Pathfinder stats since that's what we are playing, however, I will readily admit that I like Stormwrack better.

Well, what's easiest for the GM?

I prefer Stormwrack only because I have access to it (and it's pretty solid); might change my mind if I had the PF vehicle book to look over

I just went ahead and switched over to Stormwrack. Pathfinder doesn't seem to make ship intricacies a priority, and I feel Stormwrack is superior. I'm going to go ahead and commit to the Caravel for the Three Way Tie, and used the Junk stats for the other ship. The Junk stats aren't perfect, but since you're selling it anyway, I wasn't going to put a lot of effort into it. It will serve it's purpose. I also included the stats for the Rowboat and Launch, so that they would be on hand. I'll also make new models accurately depicting dimensions of the ship. I can't get it don't by Friday, but I'll have it by next week.

On the bright side, we might get involved in whacky hijinks on shore come Friday, so it might not be necessary....

@mcnurlin- Are you thinking about playing your original character or do you want to bring in something new?

We left off trying to come up with a plan to kick creepy dude who lives under a tree in the face, right? Wondering how best we would introduce McN's character there...

I have a few ideas I'll run by Magman and see what he likes the best. Or if he prefers something better instead. Then we will go from there...

Two arcane casters on hand now. Sweet. Indeed. I think that this is the first time I've seen a party that has more casters than fighters. It may make things interesting...

Did you say 12,500? (Not sure why that number is hitting me.)
If it's over 10K, then this is what I'm wanting to pick up: Belt of physical might (Dex & Con +2). Cost 10K gp.

Reward is 12,000. No major items. So that will work just fine

Question On OP I was able to add my character for Kingmaker but when I went to add one on Tales of the Archaic Seas it tells me that I am not authorized. Does Lab Rat have to authorize it?
