Morituri te Salutant!
Campaign Concept Classic D&D module converted to GURPS Dungeon Fantasy low-level, no-quarter meat-grinder
Character Creation
- TL3 (Late Medieval/Fantasy)
- Starting CPs: 125/-50/-5
- Standard 1 session grace-period for adjustments; no retro-additions afterward (for now, anyway)
- Check "realistic limits" for improved Derived Stats (usually limited to ±2, w/ex)
- No cinematic, supernatural or exotic Traits; some normally "normal" Traits may warrant some watering-down, per Pyramid 3/21p31—I'll let you know if you run across one of these
- Using basic GURPS magic system
Campaign Rules & Conditions- No quarter will be given; expect to be killed at any moment—GM will be rolling openly
- No Impulse Buys (AKA Plot Points)
- Wagering of unused CPs is allowed; see The RPG Bookie
- See House Rules for advancement and other rules
Campaign Setting- Standard Greyhawk, in-general; year 581 (~a decade before Savage Tide and Dark Birthright; one year post Into the Fire
- Some names are getting changed because they're stupid
- Using Tolkien languages
