Ok, this is just registering...for the crewman, add knowledge electronics at a d4. Increase all bumped allies to d6.

For the named crew we know were on station, roll a d6. 5 or 6 and they advance.
Also. Need to find a better way to determine if a named crew member is really on the station at that time.
