I created a new thread for this rather than put it in the Character thread simply because I figured it'd be easier here. Make adjustments as appropriate (e.g., secret rolls and that sort of thing.) I also wasn't sure how to deal with the Self Control rolls for the Nightmares and Flashbacks so if you have a better idea, go ahead and fix it. The number to the right indicates how many hours - each check is 10 hours. Non-skills - IQ check - 10
- PER - 20 - 1 failure
- Will (vs Bella's SA) - 10

How many hours are needed to add +1 skill point? (I'm looking @ Fast Talk specifically here.)
