Campaign Tropes:
After the End, Crapsack World, Used Future, Cyberpunk with a Chance of Rain: Inverted (“Dust Bowl”), Grey and Gray Morality, Society is to Blame, Police State, Wretched Hive: the Nethers
The Characters:
The PCs will be owners of a "troubleshooting" company, along with any hirelings; expect regular combat (pedestrian & vehicular), social engineering, tech/gadgeteering, computers/hacking. Treat as a more-or-less typical cyberpunk setting; legality and moral issues will be influenced by the sorts of characters present.

Character Creation Basics
- 200 points; +5 for backstory and/or 3×3
- Check "realistic limits" for improved Derived Stats (usually limited to ±2, w/ex)
- -75 pts Disads
- Early TL9, no Superscience (cybernetics and cloning are "advanced"); ETC (UT139) is only available for mounted/vehicular weapons; for additional tech info, refer to State of the Art, Pt 1, State of the Art, Pt 2
- "Realistically, if you have a settled lifestyle, you should put 80% of your starting wealth into home, clothing, etc., which leaves only 20% for “adventuring” gear. If you are a wanderer (pioneer, knight-errant, Free Trader, etc.), or Poor or worse, the GM might allow you to spend all your starting wealth on movable possessions." (B26)
- Campaign will focus on the Oklahoma City area, but may include other locations within the (current) US
- Enemies are restricted to a Frequency of 6, unless multiple characters share the same enemy
- "City-Speak" (Ref:Bladerunner) is very common; Ref: Chinese, in Firefly
- After initial captured assets have been determined, we will use the "Ships and Crews" section of Spaceships 2 (p.26) to deal with any additional capital the company might need—obviously, replace "ship" with "company" in these cases.
- Using GURPS Supers p. 64, "Teammates and Team Organization," for company-based "relationships"; points spent on related Ads or Disads may be split evenly amongst PCs (round up).
Required, per Player: at least one auxiliary character, to fill whatever role is needed and missing from the PCs' skillsets;if this character is expected to be in the fighting alongside, take him as an Ally, otherwise he will be treated as a "Hireling." Some potential needs: Medic, Spy/Analyst, Hacker, Tech, Driver, Pilot, Sniper, Support Gunner, Demolitionist/Engineer, B&E, Admin, Negotiator/Broker; any number of these Roles could be combined into a single individual. Auxiliaries will be 150pts/-75pts
Other Notes:
