For those of you interested, the entire pilot of the coming Sarah Connor Chronicles is online now at Yahoo. I went ahead and watched it and was surprised at how tolerable it actually is, although I do hope it doesn't turn into a Terminator of the Week show.

Heh. Yeah, I'm digging it too, though this being Fox, I still expect them to cancel it at a dramatically inappropriate time.

I've been shocked by the lack of suckage in the show—some imperfections, but nothing drastic. I give it a half-season (longer than usual because of the lack of anything else on due to the writers' strike)

A couple of pretty decent episodes tonight (pity they'll be the last ones for a while). A couple of (hopefully) non-spoilery questions though. 1. Why did the Cromarty terminator walk away? That ... didn't make a lot of sense to me. 2. How creepy was the Brett Favre terminator stuff with the salvaged chip? Wonder if his "wife" ever compared him to a machine while they were in bed. 3. What happens to Paramedic Guy and Agent Ellison? 4. What's up with the blond chick at John's school? 5. What happens to the Rivernator? 6. Will the non-suckage continue in the next season? As I said when I originally caught wind of this show, I was less than optimistic about the show and really feared a Terminator-of-the-Week syndrome, but to my utter surprise, they've put out a fairly enjoyable series. For the most part, they've steered clear of the TotWS and it's rather cool IMO that the Cromarty terminator that's still kicking around is the exact same one who tried to kill John in the pilot. And, in both instances where a new terminator was introduced (the Brett Favre one and then that one who was stockpiling materials in the bunker), they've had a logically consistent reason and explanation for it. Hell, I've even grown attached to the new Reese character and I'm rather glad to see that John hasn't inexplicably started pining over the Rivernator. Thoughts?

1. I'm thinking that there might me a kill/no kill list that all metal might be installed with. Just an idea though. 2. Really creepy. 3. I think the EMT is going to the FBI side of things so now we're going to have two "teams" so to speak. 4. Bitches man... 5. Might suck for John if she woke up w/ original programming. 6. Fingers crossed.

1. I'm thinking that there might me a kill/no kill list that all metal might be installed with. Just an idea though. Yeah, but why would Ellison be on the "no kill" list? Given that he's clearly in the know now about the terminators, it seems pretty obvious to me that he'd be classified as a Potential Threat. Plus, Cromartie hasn't had any qualms about randomly whacking people who get in his way so far. Thus, it seemed a tad bit OOC for the terminator to let Ellison go.

Yeah, but to what end? It's pretty clear that they're intimating that the Favrenator might actually be developing feelings for the wife I didn't see that, actually. I mean, the Favrenator had no compunction in eliminating her once she outlived her usefulness and everything it did to and with her was a means to an end. So I didn't perceive any "feelings" toward her from him. But that's just my perception...
