For tracking purposes, I'd like to keep notes on what everyone changed/added, etc. This way, I can update my copies of the characters concurrently and don't have to re-generate my GM Control Sheet each week. As I recall: - Brandon Harris (MikeE) - added 4 pts in Pickpocket. Gained 2 pts for the session, +1 bonus pt. Also had +1 pt for homework. Anything else?
- Howard Lee (Giger) - +4 pts for homework. 2 pts for session. Anything else?
- Jack Carter (magman) - +3 pts for homework, 2 pts for session. There was talk about picking up Fearlessness and I think he bought some skills...
- Robert Mankiller (budah) - +2 pts for homework, 2 pts for session. Anything else?
- Sofia Torres (LabRat) - +4 pts for homework, 2 pts for session. 2 pts spent on Musical Instrument (Cello). Anything else?

Hate to look like I don't understand something, but what is the spreadsheet for as far as traits go Explain it for me Gigermann I wouldn't worry about it right now; not until we get clear of this first "chapter" and start getting into the normal campaign rhythm

Hate to look like I don't understand something, but what is the spreadsheet for as far as traits go Explain it for me Gigermann Do you mean the time usage sheet? Look at Basic p499: Time Use Sheets. This is going to cover the periods of time between "adventures" - what is the character doing in the three or four weeks/months between X and Y. Specifically, the Study and Jobs parts of that article are the really relevant ones (although, for Sofia, the Long Tasks might be as she may want to start enchanting an item or something.)

Swapped out the four hidden lore skills down by one point each, added current affairs OKC and Science & Technology two points each. Gained 2 character points last session to end with 19 character points. Not spending any points.

You probably don't have it loaded. Go to Tools | Options | Change & Load Files. Locate Power Ups 2 and Add it. OK. Then on the Options page, click on Load Now.
It should show up then.

The Time Use mechanic is in play and on the spreadsheet. I've updated the date to Monday, June 16, which is tomorrow. The mechanic is on Basic p499.
I've also made a couple of recommendations/start-off points for characters who don't really have much in mind.
Please review and let me know if there's anything specific - skill, advantage, etc. - that your character is actively studying that should go on the list (or add it yourself.)

Enhancements (for tracking purposes): +23 pts BRANDON: - Jian (Fine, Silver-Edged)
- While in possession of this weapon, he also has a slightly modified MYS: Ghost Weapon (14).
- Also, while using this weapon, he may use MYS: Heroic Feats (ST) 1 (9)
HOWARD: - Bastard Sword (LT: Fine, LT: Balanced, Penetrating Weapon 2) - the advantages/drawbacks of possessing this are still being developed.
- Discriminatory Smell (with Emotion Sense) (23).
JACK: - MYS: Supernatural Sense 2 (18)
- Wild Talent upgraded to have Retention (5)
SOFIA: - Magery +1 (12)
- Occultist talent (10) - Looks like GCA isn't calculating this correctly. I'm working on that.
- Extended Lifespan increased to x4 (2)
- +1 Quirk-level amnesia.
Begs the question ... what did Robert get?
Could everyone shoot me their latest GCA files via email? Thanks.

Once again, I’m the tiebreaker for the bonus point award .. so you know what? I’m giving a bonus point to all four PCs. I really enjoyed how they all played tonight, particularly during the vampire fight. All of them expected their characters to die and decided it fit the personalities of the PCs to say “screw you, Mister Dead Dude. We’re gonna fight.”
Plus, I still feel bad for Jack freezing up in these situations ...

Also, I was looking (briefly, this morning) at incendiary rounds. From a quick glance online (we need to dig deeper probably), each round carries 1pt burn damage and sets fire to flammable things. Would this be useful for vampire fighting - ie, actually kill the fucker? Another, albeit less likely alternative is shotgun "dragon's breath" rounds which are hella cool, but super illegal

Would this be useful for vampire fighting - ie, actually kill the fucker? Potentially, yes. One of the conditions of the Black Court's supernatural durability is fire, so put it down with fire and it dies. Presumably. Amusing that you should mention those - they do show up in the Dresden Files books. A supernatural shooter uses them to great use against Red Court vampires and when Harry sees how awesome they are, he being a progressive wizard not stuck in the 18th century immediate asks where to get them.

Yeah, we just need to figure out how you want to handle incendiary rounds with vampires, especially with regards to if they would light them on fire and kill them?
I also will probably want to acquire a sidearm, as when we're in the US a brown guy with a M4 may turn some heads.
The dragons breath rounds, while super cool, being so illegal and presumably hard to find would make carrying them a huge liability - one I doubt the party wants to take on, especially given that we have two cops and a very soft hearted wizard
I'm a bit torn where to take Matias, a lot of his skills scream infiltrator - get in and out and have no one know you were even there - but others scream "Action Guy!" - he can shoot like nobody's business and has knife and hand to hand skills. They are a bit at odds and I don't want to overshadow other characters and I feel like he is doing that right now. McN has had a few unfortunate rolls at critical times, but I'm concerned I'm stepping on Daniel's toes a bit too.

I don't think this session is a good benchmark for whether or not Matias is hogging the spotlight. He was (a) impulsive and quick to act, making him "start" things, and (b) got some damned lucky rolls. I do kinda feel like Jack's lagging behind a bit, but even that might just be a matter of bad luck+timing.
