Ok. Here's what I need.
3rd level character. Don't worry about equipment. Just stats and spells and such.
Level adjustment are allowed, so if you wanna go crazy, go nuts.

no...to both questions.
They are just for some side jaunts that can show more background.
And it would let you do really whatever-in-the-hell you want.
Just one no-no. No Chaotic Evil.

Still not sure I understand. Are these characters we're going to play? Or are they rivals? Cause if they're rivals, I'm thinking my arch-enemy will be a 3rd level commoner with a CON of 7.  |

Not rivals, but more a tool to allow you to try something totally different.
They will only show up from time to time to add alternate bg info.

So, I rolled 14, 15, 14, 8, 11, and 16... (rolled old fashion way, if gm prefers I can roll on here) base stats with racial buffs are str 17, dex 14, con 16, int 14, wis 8, and cha 13....
